Backfill activity_feed rows for existing attended events

POST https://api.rewind.rest/v1/admin/attending/backfill-feed

One-shot backfill: walks attended_events, builds an activity-feed row for each, and inserts via the standard cross-domain insert path. Idempotent — feed-side dedupe on (domain, source_id) means re-running is safe. Used once on PR rollout to populate historical events; new events get feed rows automatically via loadCanonicalEvent.
