Backfill player bio fields and awards from MLB Stats /people
POST https://api.rewind.rest/v1/admin/attending/enrich-player-bio
For every MLB player missing a hydrated bio (birth_country IS NULL is the canary), fetches /api/v1/people?personIds=…&hydrate=education,awards in chunks of 100 and writes height, weight, birth_state_province, college_name, debut_date, bats/throws, and a filtered awards JSON. Idempotent. Pass force:true to re-fetch rows that already have bio data; player_ids to scope to specific rows.
