Promote a pending source row to a canonical event

POST https://api.rewind.rest/v1/admin/attending/sources/{id}/promote

Manually trigger enrich+load for a single source row. Optional body overrides individual fields when the parser got something wrong. The source row's raw_data supplies defaults for any field not overridden.
