Refresh artist images via stored Apple Music id

POST https://api.rewind.rest/v1/listening/admin/refresh-artist-images

Deterministic-by-id fetch against the Apple Music catalog for artists that have an apple_music_id but no image row (or a stale null-source placeholder). Bypasses the name-search waterfall.
