Reconcile deleted bookmarks against Instapaper

POST https://api.rewind.rest/v1/reading/admin/reconcile-deletions

Walks every Instapaper folder via paginated have= queries to enumerate all source_ids the user still has, then purges reading_items (and associated images) for any source_id that no longer exists anywhere on Instapaper. Catches deletions that the normal sync misses because they fall outside the 500-newest-per-folder window.
